U.S. 2020 presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren tests the waters in Iowa

Democratic presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren made her first appearance in Iowa on January 4 since entering the 2020 presidential race.

Speaking to a crowd of cheering supporters in Council Bluffs, Warren continued underscoring her message against corruption and targeting her message to middle class voters.

Warren is Massachusetts senior senator and known as a populist. Her Iowa trip will continue throughout the weekend with at least five events over three days.

Earlier this week, Warren formed an exploratory committee that would allow her to begin raising money to compete in what is expected to be a crowded Democratic field for the 2020 presidential race.
