Tulsi Gabbard: Transcript does not show 'compelling' case for impeachment

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard says people who read the declassified transcript of President Trump’s call with Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy will not find a compelling case for impeachment. She says the president used his position for his own political gain, and it’s not surprising.
