Senator Michael Bennett, (D-CO): There is almost nothing about our incentives system that is aligned to outcomes in education so let’s make it worth it to be a good teacher and let’s make it worth it to be a good student.

On September 20, 2012, the Social Genome Project at Brookings presented new research on how many of today’s children are likely to succeed, who they are, how success at one stage affects success in subsequent stages of life, and what might help keep more children on track.
