Presidential candidate and Senator Kamala Harris is launching a new plan to close the gender wage gap, that would force corporations to prove they are paying equally across genders or face strict fines from the federal government. In a new interview with MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent, Ari Melber, Harris also discusses the Mueller report and Trump’s Attorney General Bill Barr, noting Barr “has clearly demonstrated his bias in favour of the President and not in favor of Justice.”
