Biden defends his response to Kamala Harris busing question

Former Vice President Joe Biden is dismissing the attack that got much of the attention at last week’s Democratic debates. The presidential candidate told CNN that Sen. Kamala Harris misrepresented his record when she criticized his position on busing in the 1970s. “Face the Nation” moderator and senior foreign affairs correspondent Margaret Brennan joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss who she believes is winning in their back-and-forth as well as President Trump’s Fourth of July speech.
