Biden defends civil rights record after clash with Kamala Harris



Former Vice President Joe Biden spoke about where he stands on civil rights after California Sen. Kamala Harris pressed him on his record of working with Democrats who supported segregation. Biden was speaking at the Rainbow PUSH Coalition Convention in Chicago.
