Kepler is a space observatory launched by NASA to uncover Earth-like planets orbiting other celebrities. The spacecraft, named after the German Renaissance astronomer Johannes Kepler, was released on March 7, 2009.

On August 15, 2013, NASA announced that they had surrendered attempting to deal with both neglected reaction wheels.
