Cops would have power to drone-gas the people under NH drone bill

Sponsor: http://FreeKeene.com – Cops would have power to drone-gas the people under NH drone bill.

Partial transcript of text/subtitles that appear in the vid (there may be unlisted gaps between the sentences):
‘ New Hampshire House Bill 602 includes the following controversial phrase: “a law enforcement agency may use a drone to disperse lachrymatory agents to quell a violent mass civil disorder or riot….”

At a state house event in January, I ask state reps if they voted for it and if they know more.

The fact that Welch’s criminal justice commitee voted ITL reduces the bill’s chances of passage in the house, but does not eliminate the possibility.

It remains a live grenade and merits scrutiny for any provisions that might unnecessarily restrict civilian use of the promising devices.’
